Our staff of trained resume writers are MBA English majors who have taken the Certified Accredited Resume Writing course and are trained in the Art of Resume Writing. Our consultants will teach you how to market yourself and how to plan for your future career goals. We have over 12 years of experience in guiding professionals from where they are to where they want to be.
GCSC Process
At Global, we are focused on forging long-term relationships with our clients; as they grow and develop in their careers, their needs change and we adapt to serve those needs. We begin early on with one-on-one interviews and career consulting sessions, key elements to determine career direction. Then, culling from those sessions, we craft a resume suited to achieving the next step in that process: finding the right job. With resume in hand, we guide each client through the job search process, facilitating with our parent company to locate career opportunities uniquely suited to each client’s individual career goals. And then we follow-up, as our clients progress through their career plan, to help them as they work to achieve outstanding career objectives and face any additional obstacles (need to relocate, economic downturn, layoffs, etc.).
MMBDC Certification
Global is an MMBDC certified minority business enterprise. The Michigan Minority Business Development Council (MMBDC) is a privately funded, non-profit, corporate services organization. It is comprised of major corporations and public entities in education, industry, finance, professional services, construction, consumer products and health care-organizations that are tapping into the emerging multicultural marketplace.
